I purchased another bob that you styled on your TH-cam channel and one side of the wig was much thinner than the other side of the week. One thing I’m noticing is that they send the really good wigs to the TH-camrs and the people that are really paying for these wigs Don’t always necessarily get the wig that you’re displaying. Can you please let them know that you do have subscribers and you would like for them to also be able to receive the same wig that you display.
I never hope this happens but I will def let them know and please leave feedback for them on their website. Also, return the wig for a replacement or refund. Never keep something you are unhappy with.

I just received my wig. It’s not what I saw on the website. This is a 4x4 closure I can’t wear it back to expose the edges due to the cap. The hair is super fine, no texture at all. I’m not happy

I'm watching your videos to fix the bob wig chileeeee I'm upset but the return process is over 3weeks but I'm hoping to fix 13x4 but order 13x6 I also used 5000 points and the wig was 160+$ cheap so I'm not complaining I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO PART MY BOB😖 WIG. I did a big chop.ordered this wig for an event. Sad to say what I got doesn’t look like this wig. Hopefully I can return. Edges are nappy hair silky straight. Plus there is a random bald spot in the front
@khowardcrosby166 after I reviewed this wig, there were some issues from other buyers about the quality. I have mentioned in comment replies and in the pinned comment that I believe this wig company made changes to their products. This review is over a year old so I haven't tried the wig again. I did however review a similar wig from RPGHAIR that is similar/or lesser in price and is nice. Sorry you have this issue, after all this time. Please let me know once you get your refund.

Please do a video on alternative styles (other than wig caps) to keep edges from being pulled out by lace fronts
Already have (but I will do it again ). I don't sleep in wigs. I wear wig grips and try to go gluless whenever possible. It is also about haircare under the cap. All that bald cap, glue on edges pushes your hairline back.

Just went to order and they def charging for the deep bleached and pre-plucked hairline again. An addtl $9.90. I thought it was me but I did it from sharelle link also and on another wig also. Nope they charging again. Not sure if it’s bc of the Mother’s Day sale or if it was temporary. What they doin🤦🏽♀️. I notice these companies change the prices when y’all bring them the business from the reviews. No biggie if it’s not a huge increase cause I’ll pay for quality but I did notice it.
