Our nervous system is a unity,but there are different aspects that we use to deal with reality. The big two are the brain and heart, thought/emotion,reason/faith..the balance and integration of those two is very important,but there's a third input just below the rib cage in the solar plexus where intuition seems to emanate. It seems to process a bunch of subconscious and subtle impressions from the world and brain/heart. It's a very primitive,instinctual,'animal' aspect of our processing.

Im extremely disappointed that you talk about releasing stress for your body but you don't feel the stress the animals go through when they are hit with an electrical rod to move into a truck & taken to a slaughter house - these are babies and mothers with the minds of babies and children and they dont understand why they are being abused. ... they smell the fear and blood of those before them murdered by paid psycopaths. Go into a slaughter house and watch those grass fed animals trying to climb the walls to get out. The fear is so horrific and you call yourself a nutritionist and healer and nature lover. The diseases of the world are caused by meat dairy eggs. You cause fear but you dont want to feel responsible for it.
