How can someone not like fortune cookies? Lol. When my youngest son was a senior in high school, (he's now 31:) he used a fortune cookie to ask his date to prom. We went to Panda Express & bought a couple bags of fortune cookies & then went home & used tweezers to try to get a fortune out of one without breaking it. We had success! He then wrote "Go to Prom with me?" on the back of one & stuck it back in. I thought it was a sweet gesture & so did his date:). Anyway, I think I could spend an entire weekend in that mall! There were so many beautiful things there! I love how you're teaching Jenny everything you know about vintage & reselling. Stay blessed! 😘
Enjoyed Jenny's comments. You're such a good mom. Asking and listening to her. Really interacting with Jenny. You're a teacher and it shows. I bet your students just loved you and I'm sure the parents too.
Your videos always leave me with a smile! I love getting to hear Jenny,s commentary and that smile from Andrew when you showed him the naughty dog was priceless!
Just love your videos so much and especially when Jenny is with you. I had to laugh when you said you put straight pins in your Barbies ears for earrings. I did the same thing. I would look through my mom's pin holder to find the ones with colorful plastic blobs to match her outfits. You know it wasn't that easy to push those pins through the vinyl ears!😄
lassie dogs always trigger a good memory for me. when my sisters and i were little our neighbors down the st had a lassie dog and we were over there playing and must not have come home whenwe were told so our dad showed up. well dad started yelling at us kids and that dog bit him right on his arse and wouldnt let go as we ran home real fast giggling the whole way. man was he not happy lol
I pierced my Barbie and baby doll ears the same way! My mom had that toothless toothpick holder (with teeth), it was a gift from my brother from Italy.
Wow the prices on the Bittersweet. I only paid $119 and the vase is larger then the vases on the video. I have two smaller ones but those were picked up at thrift stores for $4 and $6. Thanks for sharing your visit.
I felt like I was transported back to my living room in 1977 when I saw that red enamel Jotul fireplace. We had one just like it with a 3" deep red shag rug, a furry velvet mushroom stool, three beanbag chairs, blue and white op art curtains, a 10' long bar and a psychedelic hanging plastic faux stained glass ceiling that looked like it came out of a bar. All that glass would have been right at home but I didn't collect back then. Thanks for transporting me back, lol.
What a fun place to shop; good for you!! My trip to New Holland is a little over a week away!! I would love to run into you!! Maybe! We are going to Sight & Sound to see David. Plus enjoy the beautiful countryside, farms and food! I’m bringing my daughters and granddaughters! Have a lovely week!!
Love love your videos, you are such a neat mother, you talk to Jenny like she is your girlfriend. Jenny you are such a neat person, you have great talent.
Hi Dagny and Jenny. I love to watch these videos where you and Jocelyn go to the same place but see such different things. I love both of your interests so it make for fun watching! I love Jenny’s cute squeaky voice! Happy shopping 🛒
So enjoy watching your videos. And seeing what you find. Also enjoy seeing Joshlyn it's fun to see what each of you find. Please Stay Safe, Happy And Healthy. Have A Wonderful Day
That was a big place. I found the pricing on the higher side. I never knew they had a statue head of Joan Crawford. Wonder if anyone would buy The Mommy Dearest actress? We have a beautiful antique mall here in Fort Langley and we use to go there a couple of times a month. Haven’t been since my hubby passed away last June/21 but I think I’m going to try next month. I really enjoy your videos and I find your giggles contagious. 😂😂 Enjoy the rest of the weekend!!😍😍
First, THANK YOU for going slow with your camera so that I could feel like I was there too! I like looking through your lens!! This antique mall had so many beautiful glass pieces. Hope the meet and greet coming up goes well. Keep having fun!!!
Did you make it thru all the sections of this mall. Im from Virginia and was there in July with my son. We got to see only a small portion of that place. I kept thinking wonder if you will film the bittersweet. Then all those beautiful vases popped up. I took a picture and posted on Facebook. Had several hits wanting to know where this was located. Totally missed all the bullies. My son would have left with some of them. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks. Love your adventures with Jennie.
You guys were so close to my house!!! Did you see the exit off 70E or W, to Cedarville? I live a couple mile from there. Did you visit Young's Dairy, or were you too busy and exhausted? How many days were you there? Where did you stay? I've lived here for 36 years, about 25 years on our small farm, and have never been to the antique and collectable show. I hope yo had a great time.
Wow, you came all the way to Springfield, which is more southwest Ohio. You should check out Yellow Springs too, since you are so close to it. Not sure they have Antique stores but it is beautiful!
Jenny has such a sweet voice just like her mom! As usual, I enjoyed the video. I have a question Why are the swung vases so sought after? There certainly does not seem to be any shortage or rarity to them I can't wait for you next video. Happy thrifting
Such a fun road trip for you and Jenny so far! Prices were high there... 0:56 I like the furniture arrangement here. When you were saying "like a set", I think you are referring to a theatre set..? The cabinet on legs behind is fantastic! Never seen one like it! 5:53 I don't usually go for the figurines, but I really liked the more colourful ones here, especially September 🍎 and October 🎃 15:49 you should checked the red and yellow (amberina) pieces next to that vase - I'm sure some would glow. It's the red sections (cadmium) that glow yellow, the yellow doesn't glow. So the more red the piece, the more it glows 😍 I'm really loving the bittersweet! Hope I find some one day! Thanks for the great video!
9:55 I was nervous just watching Dagny touch them (unusual for me - I know she's gentle with everything!) - but a cat!! And it's sure that no matter how inaccessible you think they are, the cat will find a way!😼😁
Just love when you and Jocelyn shop together...TOO FUN!!!!!!!!
Love your videos ! You can tell you are a teacher, the way you talk to Jenny. I love it! Thank you for letting us be a part of your sweet family.
You are so precious. I enjoy your videos so much. God Bless your efforts.

Oh my gosh , my uncle has that yellow head bank guy. Its on his bedroom dresser lol , been there as long as i can remember . Too funny.
I'm with Jenny, Blue glass for the win!
Your videos always leave me with a smile! I love getting to hear Jenny,s commentary and that smile from Andrew when you showed him the naughty dog was priceless!
Love your videos. And when you shop with Jocelyn it’s a double treat.
Just love your videos so much and especially when Jenny is with you. I had to laugh when you said you put straight pins in your Barbies ears for earrings. I did the same thing. I wish we had good Antiques shops here in Colorado so many beautiful glass i would be in 7th heaven.
Thank you for sharing your trip with us, I know your all having a good time, you guys are the best.
Great job showing us a nice variety of treasures!
I heard Tracy Ullman , singing “They Don’t Know “ in the background. An 80’s flashback. You and Jos find different things ,, 🎉
Jenny has good taste. I like the blue glass too.
All that lovely bittersweet
I think they cornered the market on the bittersweets
Beautiful things! Enjoyed this trip very much.
Thanks for sharing! Loved all the beautiful vases. I'd drive 7 hours to go there, too!!
That turtle si funny and those happy pigs

What a fabulous treasure seeking experience. I’m so glad you got to share with your family and with Jocelyn and her family.

Westmoreland fairy light with birds on it @12:43.
Such beautiful things there.
At 7:20.. I have a fireplace just like the red one listed! It was neat seeing another in the video!
Lots n Lots of pricey goods🎉
The spotted dog is an English Setter… related to the red Irish Setter… both are hunting breeds!
TFS ❣️
Love your videos with Jenny, Jocelyn, Andrew and laurel.

You know what sucks I had a 36-in bittersweet vase that I sold 2 months ago for $185. Wish I would have held on to that for a while
Amazed at how clean everything is in this beautiful antique mall. I am from Ohio. Hope to go there some day!
You should!🐷

It's too bad I never ran into you this weekend. Well, there is always next year.
Is your daughter home schooled? She is really a delight.
She is homeschooled...and thank you🐷
When you go to these places. What’s your price point? Are they too expensive for you?
No price point, just kind of go with how I'm feeling🐷
I love Andrew, he is such a man child 🤣
Love the lamps at 9.55 and so would my cat😸
9:55 I was nervous just watching Dagny touch them (unusual for me - I know she's gentle with everything!) - but a cat!! And it's sure that no matter how inaccessible you think they are, the cat will find a way!😼😁
@@Suzanna-chez-moi He sure does😃 Thats why i can't have live candles😬
