So I’m in a group at my school that dances to Kpop songs and we are learning this song and as many comments say it may look easy but it is actually pretty difficult so for any of you trying o learn the dance I have some tips! 1: Make sure you stretch! It helps you have more movement and reduces the risk of injuries! 2: practice👏Practice👏Practice!👏 Take as much time as you need to learn the dance and memorize the parts 3: Don’t overwork yourself! Make sure you get the rest you need you are not a machine! 4: depending on what part you are doing try adding your own touch to the solo part you are doing! 5: WATER! I can’t stress enough about how much water you need! Dancing takes a lot of energy and you can feel dehydrated after you dance so before and after you dance drink some water! Hopefully these tips help for any dancers out there!
