This music is incredible. I refuse to agree with people who say that hardcore is meaningless. I swear, if it wasn't for bands like this, I wouldn't be the better person I am today. End of story.
I saw these guys in the basement of a house party in Halifax I had no clue who they were till that moment and my mind was fucking blown!!! :) such an amazing group.
Played a few shows with these dudes, including a basement show. Super fucking nice dudes. Brendan walked into the bathroom while I was about to zip up my pants. We'll always have that special moment.
@zach7zach Victory has signed tons of melodic hardcore bands in the past...grey area, with honour, cause for alarm, shelter, reach the sky, cast iron hike, guilt...to name just a few.
just because they don't like this, doesn't mean they're close-minded. that's like saying if you don't like a certain type of food that you happen to like, they have a legitimate problem. everyone has different opinions bro. i do love this band though.
Fuuuuuuuuuck this is so good! I love the melodic, major key lead guitar juxtaposed over those heavy vocals! The positive tone of the music is refreshing! I got sick and tired of all these minor key gothic-hardcore-too-much-sweeping-arpeggio metal crap bands that I stopped listening to heavy music entirely, but this band has changed that for me.
i was so happy when i bumped into them at a chinese buffet restaurant, my friend went to take a morning shit in the men's room it was the morning after seeing them break it down at a festival. after he came out they were gone and he totally didn't believe me. but fuck it haha high times
