I’ve just ordered this brewer should be here in a week or so, your videos gives me confidence I can get my brew right. But why oh why did you not use the spout of that beautiful jug (and it is a beautiful jug) to pour into your cup !
How does one make 2 mugs (ceramic, not see-through) of coffee with a Clever dripper and minimal other stuff? All videos conveniently show one mug/cup only.
I see the Clever on Amazon and there are also replacement parts for the mechanical part of the brewer. This makes me worry about it being fragile. Anybody run into that?
I did, 12, I believe. What I would for a Kalita, which is more fine than traditional Clever recipes. You'll find an updated Clever Dripper guide in our Equipment Guide playlist!
@@smallpp688 The new one also does water first. So, it is a very different recipe. You could try both and see. 12, should work well with the new one as well.
@@OnyxCoffeeLab Thank you so much so glad I stumbled on your guises channel I use almost all your how to videos for my pour overs Now I just need to order some of your guys his coffee
Well done! Love the shirt and hat.
And it brews wonderful loose tea!
Such a versatile brewer!
I hadn’t even thought about that
Here is a new thing I learned:
- You should stir the coffee after it gets filtered before pouring it into your cup.
Great choice of music, paak ftw
Excellent brew music!

Hahaha! The spout of those decanters tends to drip down the front, so we usually pour heavier out the side.
Have you changed your method since this video was made? In particular coffee or water first?
great video, thanks ☺

Had mine for just over a month now and I am happy with it’s construction. It even survived getting knocked from the counter onto a ceramic tile floor.
What grind setting do you recommend on encore?

similar to french press method ...
Just a different take on immersion brewing
Exactly, you get some immersion benefits with extra clarity of being drawn through a paper filter.
but better. 😎 You gotta love the easy clean up
