To think that RR used to have the most beautiful and tastefully restrained interiors of any automobile. I think this ghastly Ghost is aimed primarily at Rappers and Sheiks. Did you catch the mistake regarding the ( now hopelessly ruined grill) referring to it as inspired by the " Pantheon"? The design was originally inspired by the Parthenon in Greece. That's like confusing Notre Dame with Saint Paul's Basilica.
You can still get an understated, timeless motorcar. I feel that the designers and engineers are trying to evolve and cater to the growing demands of their clients. You must grow to survive. They are doing this without sacrificing the quality and refinement we all love. They are just flexing, just to show the world that they still have it, and always will.

With so many electronics and mechanical pumps and such, after about 2 to 3 years it will be braking down constantly and the value will drop like a stone. Meanwhile a Lexus at a 1/8 of the price will be going for many years after for almost no repair bills.

I once loved Rolls Royces before they became a well made fashion, over engineered machine. They were a car that led the car market in uniqueness, whilst other car makers tried to follow in their footsteps. Today they are just an expensive car and no more dependable than a cheap Japanese car. Once they offered exceptional good value for money, but today they are just an expensive show piece for those who know no better and who probably don't even appreciate the few good things they still offer. Any worse and it would be just a case of the Emperors new clothes.

Innovation? My GMC truck has hands free driving. You’d think RR would have the most sophisticated hands free driving experience in the world, invoking a chauffeur-like feeling when highway cruising. But no. Zero innovation.
