her energy is more straight-business, than the lady from the first venue. the other lady was more warm and excited to know u all they have
It seemed she was just a little nervous being on camera so her default was to be as professional as possible
Her saying um with everything annoyed me
Knowing y’all as soon as y’all was at the 2nd location I was like nahhhhh my folks ain’t feeling it because I know y’all energy and the venue was giving lol

That was my exact first thought, that her customer service was really lacking and she didn't interact well with her clients. walking miles ahead of them, not having eye-contact when speaking and giving very surface level details, whereas the lady in tour one gave very detailed explanations of everything and made many suggestions. Also, the design just didn't scream Josh and Isi for me.

I love how Josh notices the details. As soon as I saw those pics of the white faces, it was an automatic no for me. Like where is the inclusivity?!? That was a turn off for me. The only thing I liked about the venue was the terrace with the view. Love from Toronto, Canada🇨🇦

Yay I’ve been waiting for this! These videos are so fun for me! Venue #2… while I love the Art Deco vibe in general, it was not executed very well! And #3 was super fancy, but it was missing that intimate/family vibe that you both represent heavily. It looked like a chic train station lol. Venue #1 got my heart 😍

Both this venues are gorgeous but i Love the First one it flows in itself, big, has a lot of character but also plain meaning you can literally do anything with it and there wont be clashes. The second one is just complicated while it beautiful there is going to be a lot of up and down.

The first venue definitely set a high standard that the second venue fell hard against 😂😂 the last venue looked really dope too however your takes on the trains and busses constantly passing by is not pleasant. Can't wait for more 😁🥰

The amount of versatility and how considerate and accommodating it is!!! It just screams perfect!! The noise cancellation the design team literally anything you want they can do and that place is HUGEEE

I love love love the 1st venue… the second one seemed a little cramped for sure… the 3rd was beautiful but I definitely feel the first flowed better and was the best one to customize… y’all got me excited like I’m invited lol 🥰🥰

Lol 🥺 aww man the second venue is my a actual wedding venue. I will say it looks a bit dif with that decor that’s in there on the video. But we are having a more intimate wedding. I still loved the first venue yal saw it was so gorgeous

Yeah #2 gorgeous location, but I think for smaller event. Maybe banquet. I agree with your view. The first location definitely set a HIGH bar.
