Opossums are the most basal (primitive) group of the living marsupials, Possums are in the Order Diprotodontia, that includes Wombats, Koalas, Cuscus, Sugar glider, Mahogany glider, Kangaroos, Wallabies etc etc. The Golden possum is real, but they are a rare colour mutation of the Common brushtail possum (Trichosurus vulpecula).
The selfies are on point. My cousin likes doing them identixally and does not realises that. She takes them an an agle and the angle is the same every time! :D i thretened to compile a list with angles and descriptions, as she does this for like 10y and she did not get what I mean :D
