- Brewster was and is a tough fishery. What we learned will enable us to conquer this fishery one day! Chelan kings were huge! Epic Times up the columbia river and seeing the history of our salmon.

Brewster - was my first year there, didn't catch anything in the morning, changed my presentation to a very small lures and got my limit in the evening
Thanks for taking the fish out of the water and breaking the regs, love seeing the disregard for fish and the law.
Exactly what l thought. It's going to get fisheries shut down. Don't want to give WDFW any more excuses as to why we're losing our fisheries. Hell, we can't fish out of a boat in Puget Sound in a pink year, as they're afraid of too many Chinook encounters.
Well technically it's outside the gunnel of the boat, but thanks for knowing the regs.
Next time you go to Brewster. Bring sandshrimp. Yup as fresh as it can be.

This morning I went to the store, bought some groceries! I got home and watched your video!! After dinner I pulled out some fruit for a snack!! Beautiful Cherries 🍒 from Chelan WA!!! LoL 😂😂😆 Hope the Salmon are as Good as these Cherries!! Ps, SWFL a long way from WA.!

Launched our old ski boat at that launch 100s of times.
The sandbar in front of the chelan mouth is a fun hangout too.

Sockeye were not biting for us either.
I was out there on Saturday Aug 12th and we had six guys on the boat that all limited out! but we had to grind for sure to get them all. But it was a good time and sockeye sure were good eating!

I had the same day one experience as you did. Drug the boat all the way out there. Had fish literally ramming my boat on the surface and not a bite!
Yeah you really need to get out early in the morning before the sun hits the water. The evening is also quick but can be good.
