Yamunotri Dham holds significance as the first destination for Chardham travelers due to its association with the origin of the Maa Yamuna and considered highly sacred by devotees. Situated in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. According to the pilgrims, embarking on the Chardham Yatra begins with seeking the blessings of Maa Yamunotri for a spiritually auspicious journey. With breathtaking views and a soothing sound of Maa Yamuna spreading across the valley, the trek to the temple is 6kms from Janki Chatti which will be our hault for the day.
