If you reach a station to fast with an Express and that station has a intersection before it, like what you said, the track intersection changes or it has not changed.
There is one saying "Invalid track detected". To do that, just drive the newry to james street line. Over shoot the platform at james stree. then it will say "Invalid track detected" Edit: If the james street extension exist, then this comment will be outdated.

if you want to be a dispatcher you have to have a rank (by joining the group in the description of the game) then you work your way up, you start at TD then go to QD and then DS (dispatcher) you level up by going to training sessions. click the button on the main menu and follow what is says.
