I bought this very model new in 1979. Loved every minute of this bike.....wish I still had it !

I remember this motorcycle, a neighbor had it in the early 80s, in my opinion one of the most beautiful naked Kawasakis... it's nice to see it shining like it used to.🥰

MK 2 is actually said Mark 2..being the second version of something.. in English we would never refer to this as M K 2...thnx

can this engine be ran on regular high octane fuel or does it need lead additive or lead substitute mixed with the fuel?
The engine does quite well with regular high octane fuel, no lead additives or substitutes are necessary with modern gasoline - at least as far as I am aware... ;-)
