As someone who's shown many English speaking friends around Germany, I had to explain the "Wir suchen dich!" A LOT of times... The fact that most people who never "really" learned German or only had in school and thus can't properly pronounce "ch" or "sch" makes me wonder if the teachers teaching German somewhere else ever make the effort to explain or teach the pronunciation...
Been learning German at school for 7 years now, and my teachers have always put (at least some) emphasis on proper pronunciation. The accuracy of our pronunciation makes up part of the marks for speaking tests, and you can’t do the listening tests if you don’t understand the accent and the way Germans speak.

I am truly sorry for your loss! My sincere condolensces to you, your friend can't be replaced but I hope some day soon you will find comfort and joy in another person. I lost my best friend 15 years ago to an overdose, And I still find myself thinking about him especially around the anniversary of the time of his death. I don't even realize it, it's just that I'll find myself thinking about him a lot and all of a sudden I'll remember this is the month he died.I have been able to let new people grow close to me and even love them but no one has ever replaced his amazing sense of humor, his creativity, and love of life that he had... And he cared about me in a way that always made me feel like I was the most special girl in the world and we had a secret club of jokes that were just for us! Even though he was an amazingly outgoing person and could make friends with anyone I felt special that he made friends with me. I have a hard time sometimes telling when some one asks a question to be funny or actually doesn't know the answer so just in case you actually wanted to know.... Some places put up signs like the "deaf kid area" one to let drivers know to be extra careful in those areas because the disability could affect the child(ren)'s ability to stay safe if they're near the road. While most kids might be still learning about road safety, the disabilities that might be put on one of those signs can make it even harder for kids that have them. I.E. how is someone supposed to look both ways before crossing the street if they're visually impaired? If a child suddenly runs into the middle of the road, you might honk your horn as you slam on the breaks in hope of scaring the kid back off the road, but what if they can't hear you? The sign is pretty much a "Warning, pay more attention when driving through here"

I have a hard time sometimes telling when some one asks a question to be funny or actually doesn't know the answer so just in case you actually wanted to know.... Some places put up signs like the "deaf kid area" one to let drivers know to be extra careful in those areas because the disability could affect the child(ren)'s ability to stay safe if they're near the road. While most kids might be still learning about road safety, the disabilities that might be put on one of those signs can make it even harder for kids that have them. I.E. how is someone supposed to look both ways before crossing the street if they're visually impaired? If a child suddenly runs into the middle of the road, you might honk your horn as you slam on the breaks in hope of scaring the kid back off the road, but what if they can't hear you? The sign is pretty much a "Warning, pay more attention when driving through here"

A German here I know it is a joke but in case anyone wanted to know wir suchen dich is obviously not pronounced the way they said in the video and if you translate it word for word to English it would be "we are searching for you" which now that I think about it sounds really weird

Here's the joke. Auctioneers make people bid on objects to sell them at auction. So they would say, "How much would you give me for this chair? 30? Do I hear 35? 35, good. Will anyone bid 40? Their job is to drive up the price and keep looking for higher and higher bids.
However, their delivery is often very fast to the point of being unintelligible. I think they do this on purpose. They want to be fast so they can sell more items after this one, but the professional ones insert random noise that sounds like words. About all you can hear clearly is the 30, 35, 40, 45 part.

Getting back to the actual video, the guy down the street who supposedly died too young was an auctioneer, and now the person talking about it is imitating an auctioneer while relaying the information to the other person in the room. It's now a form of mockery.

And it is not pronounced how you did, cause in german there are two ways of pronouncing 'ch', one way is like you did and the other one is soft like 'sh' for you , and right here you only use the soft one.
