I’ve had the Zoleo for over a year now. I work in the forestry industry. Never any cell service. This thing is the best investment I’ve made. Works every time day after day.

Excellent overview of the Zoleo satellite 🛰 communication device. I recently bought one myself, since I might try some public land in PA and West Virginia this season and hopefully 🙏 out west next fall.
One of my cousins has one and used it on a trip to Idaho for a mule deer 🦌 rifle hunt last fall. He likes his and did the same subscription service.
I can’t afford a Garmin InReach Mini so I got this as a peace ✌🏻 of mind for my wife and I.

Great review. Is it possible to text from one zoleo to another Zoleo device directly. In other words let’s say you live in a major city and there’s a disaster that shuts down all power and cell towers. In that scenario can you send and receive texts directly without cell phone towers? Thank you 🙏🏻

Great question, yes you can! These devices have no connection at all to cell towers, they are 100% satellite driven. My wife and I use them to send messages every summer in areas without cell service back and forth.

I bought a zoleo for the wife and i both and they work great, my only issue is the constant beeping whenever you
Send and recieve a message, i wish they had a way to turn the sound down

I was able to turn mine off, look for Haptics in the settings.
