Saya check ada projek ia ambil 4tahun untuk siap tapi completation date adalah Q2 dan ada yang lain projek adalah Q4.pening saya. Adakah.projek boleh habiskan tak payah cukup Q4 tetapi di Q2 pun boleh...?
Hi, utk completion date, different fasa different completion date. Normally completion date utk projek ada 2 tahun ke 3 tahun. Normally kalau individual title, projek akan siap dalam 2 tahun. Stata title projek akan siap dalam 3 tahun, ni bezanya. Contoh: (i) Projek A Fasa 1 (Individual title) Projek launching date: 1/4/2021(Q2) Projek completion date: 1/4/2023 (Q2) (ii) Projek B Fasa 2 (Strata title) Projek launching date: 1/9/2021(Q4) Projek completion date: 1/9/2024 (Q4) Dalam video ni ialah projek dah siap. 主卧的卫浴没有浴缸,美中不足! 马桶设在淋浴间, 干湿不分, 设计的一大缺憾之一！未能呈现出毫宅的气派。 遗憾! 屋内结构设计有待改善, 更本就称不上毫宅。
居住是很好 ， 收拾坎加好啊 !! 收拾不了，还要请女工人来打理， 那就何苦呢 ? 经过和注过就知道味道 ! 不要大到要命 ， 哈😄😄哈哈
