this is just a simple video I did with my beautiful friend Lyndsey where we just gently brushed the nape of her neck and hair. I thought it would be a nice end to our evening and she was super chilled after.

This video is brilliant... brilliant, I tell you. Everything from the setting to the lighting to the tools used is simply brilliant. The brush, the scalp massagers, the jade comb all give me tingles and yet it's the jade comb and its particular sound that sends the biggest tingles racing down my spine. new spa setting exquisite- it unto itself induces tranquilty. slow deliberate brushing with paddle brush , jade comb further induces relaxation. salon chair looks most comfortable for model

I love what I can see of the new space. I don't mind a little background noise as long as it doesn't overwhelm what you are doing. As a side note, I find I prefer the videos where you whisper and not so much the no-talk videos. I look forward to getting to know your new space!

I loved the introduction of all the tools. Personally, when I saw she was facing a mirror, it gave me anxiety. I've struggled my whole life with my own image and the one time I always feel I look the worst is when I'm sitting in a hairstylist chair. I want so much to relax and enjoy the process but if I catch a glimpse of myself my mind wanders to negative thoughts. I've been watching your videos a long time and never considered this scenario because the women are always separated from something that would make them think about how they look, they are in a space where they can just relax and enjoy what's happening. As women, we are so hard on ourselves, just being filmed could make up wonder what we look like on video, but we can't see it in the moment, so the worry fades. Again, this is my personal recognition, but being able to open my eyes at any moment and have the opportunity to judge myself would make it very difficult for me to be present.

I dont think I looked in the mirror once. My eyes were closed, and I was enjoying this so much! Didn't even notice the mirror was there, snuggled under the soft blanket I was in my own world ❤
Hi Chelsea, I am so sorry you feel this way. It made me sad to read this. But my channel (and business) is here to uplift women, create confidence and love for ones self. I know the women who i film with extremely well and if I felt that they were uncomfortable with anything we were doing or filming I would abandon it immediately.
Obviously now being in a salon/spa setting where I need mirrors to blow dry the hair after head spas etc it is a necessity. However, I have had some amazing feedback from my ladies who have come to have ASMR Treatments from me that they have actually loved the mirror as they have enjoyed being able to see me brushing their hair or other personal attention.
I also find that the mirror is a great way to see two angles whilst filming and you get to see the relaxed expression on my models face whilst I brush and play with their hair.
Obviously if I were to have a client like yourself come in and express your anxiety over the mirror, I would absolutely accommodate that and put a vale over it ☺️ sending lots of healing love your way Chelsea.
@littlemecarmie thank you for the response! After seeing that most women aren't concerned about the mirror it helps me recognize that it may be an anxiety that I just have and it's something totally worth working on! ❤️ your content is spectacular always and has really made a difference in my life

@@katiesgamingxxrespectfully Carmie's viewers should give this feedback and OP didn't ask you for your solution to the problem. If A LOT of viewers have this problem she will want to know that and use it less as to not cause people headaches.
The sound of the comb gives nails against chalkboard for me. 😂 I prefer wooden combs.
