- It was a LONG day..apologize for referring to Jake Bates as "Gibbs" twice just before the game-winning field goal! My fault!!! haha! GO, LIONS!!! GO, THUNDERFOOT BATES!!
Bates went from a brick salesman, to a hometown hero of Detroit!
How far would that one be good? It looks like way up on post! Another 10 to 15 yards?
At least! THUNDERFOOT!!
Gibbs is in range...lol
HAHA!!! I know...I had two good luck Irish car bombs for the Lions ahead of my "commentary" (and Gibbs gaff...at least there are five letters in each of their last names! haha!) and it was a LONG day of football 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.! :) At least you watched and laughed!!! haha!
He wanted time out with 4 secs left, but the ref thought he wanted 4 sec on the rest clock
Here's what happened... Dan told the official he wanted to call time out at 4 seconds... but the official called it when the PLAY CLOCK was at 4, not the game clock. But the officials made it right, and took 2 more seconds off. All good.
you could have lft out the r bombs.
and after the 5th turnover... i stopped watching. little guy in my head said "same old lions" silly me! wont do that again
It’s like the old saying: it ain’t over till it’s over. And despite the 4 interceptions (the Hail Mary should not count) Goff and the Lions knew it was not over!
@@wccman107 And two of the passes were tipped...and another was a mis-run route.
Bates not gibbs
I already explained it in my intro...in case you did not bother to read it.
