One shots are viable until only a certain level. Since most clans have rushed to ch10/9, this is only about time, we wont be seeing many default clans with minimal upgrades in say, 1/1.5years.
Only default bases beside capital peak and dragon cliff can be destroyed in 1 shot. But it takes a lot of practise in fcs to get it done in actual raids.

I understood why you manage to do it when all your army is max. Although, the skeleton spell is OP I want to have it, a great distraction and can deploy anywhere.
I have separately put bc and wv 1shots but since these districts are introduced earlier, most clans have a custom base for it which cant be 1shot and its just hard finding them in raids and even harder that your highscore will consist of all separate districts...its usually just sps, and high gq,bw that contribute to a highscore.

During the recent update(this weekend), SC also limited the defensive reward to just 350medals making the maximum achievable reward to just around 1900. But I think this is a good thing that medals that can ease a lot of home village progress is handed out such that even lower ch clans doing ok performance get a decent amount of reward. At the top level, we don't really care for medals anyways.
You have to understand that pulling 1shots against maxed bases in actual raids is near impossible. The video not about what kind of bases im attacking, its about im getting them in just 1attacks. Few of my recent videos are about getting easy 2shots on 100% max blueprint bases which you are free to check out but as you see those bases need minimum of 2attacks to take out and this video is about highscore which is possible by pulling 1shots and 1shots are possible only in against lower upgraded bases. You can try pulling off 1shots in fcs to figure out how easy or hard they are
