All the kauhale kind housing charge rent, but then utilities are included. Plus, "all forms of disaster assistance accepted" 0:14 which lowers the out of pocket price significantly maybe $20/month maybe $25/month la dat. They might get away with paying rent in public housing though depending on your income which is arguable since public housing is permanent like for life.
