John gets a lot of blame for talking in that apartment, talking about the crimes they committed in general, but it wasn’t just him- it was practically every boss before and after him too that got caught on wires. Castellano, Tony Salerno, Gigante, Tony Ducks, Gerry Lang, Dellacroce, Amuso and Gaspipe… the list goes on.
I think these guys grew to be so powerful and were used to being so much smarter than everyone that they never believed the Feds could one day outsmart them at their own game. I think they all knew there was a chance they’d go to prison, but deep down idk if all of them ever truly believed prison is where their life would end because of the the things they said in private.
If I’m not mistaken it was Vinnie Artuso & John Carniglia on Paul & Tony Roach & Eddie Lino on Tommy Bilotti, No Frankie Loc.
Rampino was a backup guy with Ruggiero. Pizzonia killed Bilotti.

Reason I ask is, I recently found out my former next door neighbor was his nephew and he owned the house my neighbor lives in. Heard he was a pretty rough guy in his day. Frankie Loc was not one of the shooters. The 2 shooters on Paul were Sally Scala and John Carneglia. Sals gun jammed John Carneglia killed Paul.
Frankie Loc was not in the restaurant it was Frankie Decicco who was in the restaurant.
