you don't need qualifications to be a photographer, its more to do with portfolio work. only exceptions are if you work under somebody. go self employed and you don't have to show qualifications to anybody. anyone looking to go down this career path should get as much hands-on experience as possible and start building their portfolio early. if you really want to go down the education route, get a diploma, don't bother with a degree unless you want to go into teaching.
