Very true…. It’s totally depends on demand & supply.. Surely realestate price should come down on affordable price.. Nothing can be done if demand is there..
There will be time correction surely. Don’t forget that the buyer will be paying 8.5% interest every year and I don’t think there will be any appreciation for atleast 5 years.

Carpet efficiency is really bad. 60% of what you pay for. On top of it, its really godrej uses same old design of mumbai flats of smaller rooms
