인절미 크로플(크루아상 와플) 만들기 Injeolmi Croissant Waffle Recipe｜HOMEMADE 둥둥살롱(DD Salon)

This is Injeolmi Croffle(Croissant + Waffle) recipe made by baking Injeolmi croissant in a waffle pan.
인절미 크루아상을 와플 팬에 구워 만든 인절미 크로플 레시피입니다.
I made a simple cut Injeolmi croissant after putting Injeolmi in the pastry dough.
페스츄리 반죽에 인절미를 넣고 말아 간단하게 인절미 크루아상을 만들었어요.
And I baked only Injeolmi as if it were on Yoon STAY TV program.
윤스테이에 나온 것처럼 인절미만 단독으로도 구워봤습니다.
In both cases, it is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, but it is more crispy when only injeolmi is baked.
두가지 경우 다 겉은 바삭하고 속은 쫀득한 질감이지만, 인절미만 구웠을 때 더 바삭합니다.
