As you know, curd contains Lactobacillus (bacteria) and yeast cells (fungus) normally but
this old or expired curd having extra load of bacteria i.e. motile (moving in the field due to flagella where as Lactobacillus generally non -motile).
Therefore, never try to eat this type of curd.
