My oblivious life story for anyone who cares... So I've been listening to a bunch of songs for about a year and a half and I really liked them. When ever people ask what my favorite band is, I can't tell them because I just like a bunch of songs from different bands. A little while ago I found a song I really liked by this band "Set It Off". I eventually found another song by them and really enjoyed it. After a couple of months of just playing those two songs on repeat I stumbled across a third song by them. I noticed a pattern by now and decided to check out more of their songs. As it turns out, every song I had been listening to before by "different bands" as I said, were actually ALL by Set It Off. I then went back and checked all of my songs and sure enough, I had been listening to a single band the whole time, not even realizing the songs all sound similar in vocals and stuff. In Japan, you switch it around. Only people who are close to you call you by your first name there. Otherwise, nobody really calls you by your first name.
Well in Japan People will call you by your last name until you become close with them then you have permission to call them by their first name. Did this help in any way?
