South Australia wasn't what we expected - Episode 21

WE CROSSED THE BORDER INTO SOUTH AUSTRALIA!
We made it into South Australia, this was a surreal moment for us. We have dreamt of getting to SA for a long time and now we are finally here. First stop Mount Gambier where we check out the iconic Blue Lake, Little Blue Lake and Umpherston Sinkhole. We then explore more of the Limestone Coast and make our way up to Adelaide and the Barossa Valley.

Cockatoo Lake is a great camp site. I stayed there for 2 weeks about 2 yrs ago. And just like like you. I was one of only a handful of campers there.

We loved cockatoo lake 😊 it’s definitely up there with one of our favourites. We were really surprised about how many people complain about the bird noise, but we absolutely loved it.
