    Thank you for sharing Sven!
on Mar/2018 you shared another video (th-cam.com/video/XcQYaOmY4ks/w-d-xo.html) about food preparation and Im comparing this old video with this new one and I see some changes.
On the 2018 video you said that 1 mix contains
    420g Almond Flour
    336g Rasings
    980g Oates
    252g Freeze dried blueberries
    504g Whole milk powder
Now I see a different food components on 1:01
    Questions:
    1) I see no raisings or blueberries in current mix compared to 2018. Is there any reason for that change?
    2) I see no acids (i.e limetes, lemon, orange). Why you dont carry these with you also?

I had also wondered about the water ballast and if you shifted them or refilled. I have seen that you keep them in stowage under hatches and I assume that they are well secured in case of a knock down or pitch. The diet is also of interest to me, what about dried fruits or vegetables? I like to have at least a small can of hard candy for the occasional treat. I'm not much for junk food, but it's nice to break the routine once in a while. Squeeze a lemon into my water occasionally or a cup of tea. Do you ever bring anything to flavor your water? I saw that a gentleman had asked about collecting rain water, have you ever done or considered that? Modern ceramic water filters are very small, lightweight and work very well... sorry, didn't mean to ask so many questions at once 🙂 I just have so many 😉

    Protein, carbohydrate, fat are OK.
Probably enough fibre, but more would be better.
Fat-soluble & water-soluble vitamins (except C) OK, but, seriously, whence are you getting your vitamin C?
1 l water per day is not much; you may be chronically dehydrated.
