Awesome tip to cut the sandwich AFTER you’ve wrapped it up- I’ve always cut before wrapping, which makes a mess on the counter and also causes stuff to fall out sometimes! Thanks!!

Hi Laura. THANK YOU for your great cooking vid and tips! 🤗 I've got a little chef tip, for you. I learned in Nepal waaay back when, by an amazing older woman, about tomatoes: Sear them on a hot pan. Put a pinch of salt and sprinkle a bit of sugar on them. Then flip em' over and do the same. They'll not leak and ruin the sandwich👍🏾
I loved the tips. Here in Brazil, whoever carries this type of snack to the beach is called farofeiro. kkkkkk there isn't even an expression in English for that.
