The whole film makes me tear up, but that little scene after John's execution when Paul gently places the St Christopher around his neck - that's a choker.
What an emotional soundtrack. You don't even have to see the movie to feel the heavy weight carried in the music. You have my gratitude for supplying us with such wonderful work you do. If I may, could I request Ever After? It's one of my favorites 😊
with the world in this way i know what john ment when he said it feels like glass in his head, and he was sick of people being ugly to each other.... now i understand

@@Bexx9789Yeah I don’t know why that would be considered calm. It’s slow but goes hard still. I’m immune to emotion for fictional fates but that’s because of the severity of somber I took roughly around when this video was made. The song makes me think of one gone but no connection, just music fit for my thoughts.
The Seen and Heard, ay the Light and Sound [Divine Spirit] surely reached concord in the making of this film and its respective score. What serendipity! Indeed, on their being interviewed not long after the finishing of the film, the entire cast shared that its making bore a certain intrigue. David Morse [who plays the prison guard "Brutal" Howell] spoke pronouncedly about this mysterious feature. Resolve: what it was and did prove no accident, ay there 'are' no accidents. As time proceeds into the future, and as the consensual reality grows in consciousness, this film will be held even more so as a fine, rare and masterful work of art, or call it a Classic.
Frank Darabont and Stephen King should collaborate on one more prison film. Then there would be a perfect trilogy. I think King's novel Sleeping Beauties is set in a women's prison. Darabont should adapt that.
Man this was such a cool idea. Add ambience fillers to some of the best scores in the world. I thank you for doing this. Only discovered your channel yesterday and as a writer, it’s now my background noise.
I dreamt that when all the actors of the green mile die they all meet up on the green mile and they hug each actor who comes to meet them on the other side.❤😢

Thank you for the Uploads friend, This and Shawshank redemption are among my favorites
Both films thankfully have so much to say about how to shine the brightest light in the darkest places.
Simply the perfect film.
Indeed. The collaboration of Frank Darabont and Stephen King, as with The Shawshank Redemption, is a Godsend for The Green Mile.
This is better than watching tv..

Of all the soundtracks heard, this is the only one that makes me remember not to forget.

Fantastic idea. Soundtrack obviously by Thomas Newman.
Oh, yeaaah!! That’s a little different too 😁
This is too beautiful. Always waiting for that violin fifths entry at 1:55.
Душевная музыка из не менее душевного фильма, большое спасибо автору канала!
Utterly sublime, falling in and out of sleep throughout, Shame about the ads interrupting periodically (that’s the waking up bit) great mix 👍
Love this score. Nice video fam
Thank you for another Thomas Newman ambient score. Would love it if someday you could make one for Up Close and Personal
