I am glad you found this vocabulary lesson helpful and I really like how you changed the adjective 'obvious' into the adverb 'obviously' in your response 👍 🤩. I think there is one point I should have mentioned in this video and didn't; when we use 'oblivious' it is followed by the preposition 'to' or 'of'. 'To' is the most common preposition after oblivious and is the one I used in my examples in this lesson. So you can say, "We are oblivious to these" ✨.
My pleasure 😇. Thanks for watching 😊. I hope you aren't too stressed these days 💐. Sometimes facing difficulties and becoming stronger is better than ignoring them 😉. Here is a lesson I've made that I hope you will find encouraging: th-cam.com/video/Eg8vDOEhjVY/w-d-xo.html 💪.
Could you please provide a long video on Subjunctive mood please? Specially on past subjunctive also I often confuse between hope and wish bcz someone said that hope is used with real situation on the other hand wish used with unreal for example I hope he would call me but he didn't but how to express present hope for someone without any idea or just general.. I hope you would or might have watched that movie so now this has nothing to do with unreal past or present we're just expressing our hope for someone like Oo buddy i heard the birthday party was joyful but i couldn't go btw i hope you might have gone (I'm saying this the person in front of him) so i can also say did you go ? But we sometimes say like that way too just like that watching movie example above..So mam please 🙏
Hello 👋. Thanks for watching this English lesson and making suggestions for others 😊. Actually, I have already made a long-ish video about the subjunctive mood which I hope you will find helpful: th-cam.com/video/QgN7VX1qn-o/w-d-xo.html 😀. I've also created a short which reviews the difference between using 'hope' and 'wish': th-cam.com/users/shortsJ848OKn_iRg ⭐️. So if you want to express the future or present desire, your call example should be, " I hope he will call" or "I wish he would call." If you want to express a past desire, "I wish he had called me." ☎️ Both the party example and the movie example you mentioned are, in fact, expressing a hope for a past action. For the party example, as a native English speaker I would say, "I heard the party was amazing. I couldn't make it, but I hope you went."🎉 For the movie example, "It's a great movie, so I hope you've seen it." 🍿 The movie example is expressed using the present perfect. The present perfect is used to talk about experiences and past actions at an unspecified time. You can learn more about the present perfect here: th-cam.com/video/18LEPIKqfTQ/w-d-xo.html 💪
@@JeNsJyugyou Ohhhh thank you so much ma'am! Yes I'll check all of your videos 🙌 So suppose i want to ask a question about a movie then could i say that person before asking a question... So I'm gonna ask you a question *i hope you have watched that movie* so are you ready to answer??? And shouldn't use "I hope you would or might have watched that movie ?? Right??
Thanks for watching and sharing ☺️. I had never heard of Meghalaya state before, but the pictures that came up when I Googled it were quite pretty 🤩 . "Meghalaya is a state in India" is a fact that is obvious to you, but that I was previously oblivious of 😅 .
Thanks for watching and for your video suggestion 😊. As far as I know, every country has its own passport and each country has only one passport. For example, I am from Canada and I have a Canadian passport. My husband is from Japan and he has a Japanese passport. So logically there should be as many passports as there are countries. If you'd like to learn the vocabulary needed for country names and their adjectives, I recommend checking out this video: th-cam.com/video/K9NQFTbl9mU/w-d-xo.html 🌎 .
Hi there 🇨🇦. If you aren't born in Canadian, in order to get Canadian citizenship you first have to get a special visa known as a Permanent Residence visa (PR). Here is link to the government of Canada's website where you can find out more information and how to apply: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-p7000-application-permanent-residence-provincial-nominee-class.html# 😎I hope that helps. How to get PR is definitely something that many Canadians are oblivious to 😅.
Thanks for watching for your positive feedback 😊. I am doing well, just very busy and tired. There is a lot of noise in and around my apartment building due to constant construction, so I woke up at 5am to film this lesson because it's the only quiet time I could find to make a video 😅. As a result, I suppose I look less energetic than usual... I am not a morning person 😆. I hope you are doing well ✨.
Dear Jen, I am very happy and at the same time relieved that you are doing well. I can totally understand the problem with the noise. I could go bananas if there was noise in the neighborhood or from neighbors. You asked me how I'm doing? Thanks for asking, I'm doing really well. Thanks to you, I'm more engaged with English than before, plus I get your endless positive energy, which is an unexpected bonus. Overall I am very satisfied and don't miss anything. It could just be a little better at poker. 😆
Question of the Day: What is something that you think is obvious, but that other people seem to be oblivious to? 😁
It is obvious that you are a good teacher, but unfortunately many people are still oblivious of your great TH-cam channel.
Thank you 😊. It is obvious that you are a kind person 😃 .
Thank you dear ❤.Obviously It is very helpful. However, we are oblivious about these.
