Keep up the great work i have 3 snapping turtles 2 matta matta turtles i have a 2000 gallon that i built. i got the idea of building it from you guys good work
Glad you enjoyed it thanks for being there man! Email me about the turtle so we can set something up, housebillingsmedia@gmail.com or send me a dm on Insta @housebillingsmedia
I wished you were local to be paid too build me a few for my breeding albino turtles, hatchlings and those I am raising. I pay a lot of money for my waterland tubs already but they are worth it but having so many rare turtles now, I need these types of set ups with a land area for nesting.
Hi my name is Bertran and I just want to say I am subscribe to your channel you have inspired me to build a pool pond Just like the one you have and I was wondering where did you get your liner from
You would probably be better off if you to put the pump at the other end of the pond this way it would react more like a river also run a little bit of sand in the bottom with lava rock on top for added poor space for your beneficial bacteria but I love the idea thinking about doing one now only outdoor
Absolutely I’ll have a few feeding videos out as soon as we finish up this pond series, I’m also doing some feedings on our Friday night live videos. Hope to see you there next week!
"That's worse than going up to Maine in the ocean in the summer." Hahaha. I know that pain well. Just discovered your channel and really enjoying what you're doing!
I’ve kept large turtles with thinner liners than this and had no issues but better safe than sorry I agree. We plan on moving in the next year so the next permanent build I’ll be using a thicker liner.
@@HOUSEBILLINGS I have seen and heard some horror stories from thin liners. I know it can be a little more expensive but your going to save money in the long run. There are also a few websites that sell the firestone 45mm liner for a lot cheaper then most local pond stores
@@HOUSEBILLINGS yea plants can have a lot of common names it gets really confusing. Kind of like turtle common names, depending on local names vary quiet a bit haha

What kind of heater was it that you used
Nice build. As for the drink it looks to me like “Apple Pie” moonshine.
Awesome
Love it
How did you make your own filter
I took a 5 gallon bucket with a pump lava rock and sponges.
There is a great video on TH-cam. That's where I got my idea from..
Love the shark floating around lmao

Are you expecting any excessive humidity issues?

Maybe I’m blind but I don’t see the link for the liner. What liner is it and where did you get?
Do you have a link or name for the heater?

Any leaks ?
Hello
That is still very thin liner those turtles can rip through it when they get bigger 45ml should be min

That plant is called tut grass
The plant is a dwarf papyrus
@@HOUSEBILLINGS www.provenwinners.com/plants/cyperus/graceful-grasses-king-tut-egyptian-papyrus-cyperus-papyrus it's Egyptian papyrus or tut grass
Unless it's called that two which is possible I just haven't heard it called that before
Yea so apparently it is called both.. strange but either way a super cool plant

How is your water bill? But, your builds are away.
Apple pie moonshine
Bruh u need to fill it up with water before you staple it down to get all the pockets of air out first.
Stop lying you put a staple thru it. lol
Lmao I wish that was it I would have been able to patch it!
