HK is one of the very few places that... allows... good environmental areas, not to be utilised to its fullest. So these areas are polluted... Why isn't the local universities.. building machines which helps clean the fishes or to test their pollution levels or to detoxify them before serving, for example ??? And why aren't local waters be used to grow local fishes or to detoxify, for example ??
