I honesty think he can make his life easier if he gets a Milwaukee drawer Packout set up. He would have so much space for all his equipment and they all connect to each other makes it easier for moving and organizing. Hopefully he sees 👍❤

Kon do you have a checklist of everything you bring? Curious of how you remember everything. Something like the mount and GoPro on a random thing like a tandem bike.
Do you do anything like take pictures of where you put them to help?
On this occasion I made a spreadsheet that I also shared with the whole team to make sure each camera is returned. I also numbered each camera with a sticker and tracked those details in the spreadsheet.

Such immense set up. My filming was much more straightforward but horrifically stressful working with Olympic horse riders
And I was a self taught amateur
Do y'all have a place where editors come and edit, like an office or do editors work from their own place?
Question: The camera you mount to bikes and carts and what not are they running nonstop or do you tell the person who gets on to try and turn them on and off every time?
We do try to run them non stop and top them up with batteries everytime they get low, sometimes due to the nature of the shoot it becoms tricky to locate all the vehicles on time. And as much I'd like to encourange on camera talent to help us with swaps it also takes them away from being present in the action of the shoot so to overcome this on occasions I would add an external battery pack to an action camera OR give every single cam op some spare batteries so when they are close to a vehicle they can top them up!
