Or what months do you think I should avoid going here? We're planning to visit Napaling Point on February and be able to enjoy the nice reef there.

Seems like they’re here all year. Every time I’ve gone they have been there. At the moment they’re aren’t so many like in years past but still cool to swim with.
Napaling is the easiest place close to the land but there are other areas that good for fun diving if you don’t mind swimming out to the reef. Alona Beach (west side) Bikini Beach Momo Beach Catarman And if you have a boat, Balicasag Pamilacan Etc Hope that helps

Bohol is blessed with amazingly clear water. Great for freediving and diving… and just swimming around at the beach 🤙
Are you using a camera filter? I only have a gopro 8 with filter.

Sure is 🤙 But only around high tide. You have to jump between two ledges.
