Hello, I didnt get it :D If you have City Living EP, you have Penthouse lots which are basically lots but up on buildings. You can bulldoze/build anything as you do on normal lots. Thank you so much 💗
i cant bulldoze the outside walls and windows that are already put there by creators of the game.. it just simply can not be bulldoze.. how can i do it like u to have a full lot clear and up to myself? sry for bad english :D
Sorry for the super late reply guys but there are regular apartment lots which you cannot change the outside walls. Then there are lots that are specifically labeled as penthouses. These you can change anything you want.
