As they blended and spread well with the blending tool pen you used. You said NEO is that the name of the company who makes them? I am in Canada so the store you speak of is NOT here. How does one find these blending colours, products ect…
StazOn is not ideal for photopolymer stamps, nor is the StazOn stamp cleaner, so it's important to clean the stamp and then clean off the StazOn cleaners. Of course, rubber stamps are more durable, but I'd still remove the StazOn products as quickly as possible.
