Really have to give all the guys credit for trying all the "adventurous" foods Dustin can find. I expect the chef to be okay with trying weird stuff (although if Evan is just a pastry chef, the savory foods may not be his thing), but the doctor and marketing guy seemed really open to trying any and everything and enjoyed most of it (I can imagine they would LOVE the other popular foods that aren't as adventurous and I hope Dustin showed them those foods as well). Matthew is like me, not culinarily adventurous, but he is at least willing to try so I've got to give him kudos for that as Middle Eastern food is way different than Vietnamese food.
Matthew is my favorite! Dude's hilarious and such a great sport! Thanks for always playing ball Matthew!

I love banh trang nuong, I always make sure to to get some while passing through Da Lat. I always go back to the same lady at the top and to the right of the stairs if you’re coming from the statue down in the middle of the night market. You’ll find her by the vending machines. M nghĩ nên cho ăn những món chính như, phở ,cơm tấm ,bún bò huế ,bún riêu cua ,bánh xèo ,bò kho ,bún chả , tại mấy ảnh chỉ qua chơi dc ít ngày chứ ko dc lâu , lúc đầu tiên ăn phải cho thử món ăn ngon trước, chứ lần đầu tiên vừa xuống sân bay mà cho ăn ngay bún đậu mắm tôm , nói thật món này ngay cả người việt ăn lúc đầu cũng ko ăn dc , ăn lâu thì còn ok ,ấn tượng ban đầu rất quan trọng, ăn uống cũng vậy, còn ăn vặt thì những lúc dạo phố ăn cho vui miệng thôi , theo mình thấy bạn của Dustin dội hàng ẩm thực ngay lúc ban đầu rồi!

i'm suprised matthew liked the yogurt. i cant remember if he tried spring rolls on the other videos, but if he doesnt like that, then he is the pickiest eater in the world.
He’s Middle Eastern so I think he is familiar with plain yogurt similar to Greek yogurt.
