On a healthy pregnancies you can do this,on my pregnancies I was having contructions and I couldn't so mothers don't be sad if you can not do it,you are doing your best for your baby's safety
I danced a lot pregnant and now my baby loves music and dancing!!!!!!! 💃🏻 ❤ also reminds me of my high school dance instructor doing warm up including push up’s and sit ups while pregnant. Bad ass!!!!
Keep moving, working out, lifting things and doing things while pregnant. It helps SO much when it's time to give birth. I'm a construction contractor, and I worked through both pregnancies until the day I gave birth, and both of my children were out in 3 pushes and about 5 minutes because I kept my strength up. Lifting weights or anything around 20-30 pounds helps to strengthen those muscles down there which are the muscles used to push the baby out when it's time! Start doing it BEFORE becoming pregnant.
Love this! I made movement and fitness a priority through my pregnancy and it aided my delivery and recovery so much! But I had conditioned my son to constant, active movement 😅
I'm also a coach and found out that I'm pregnant - I'm so glad that your example shows me that I can continue my active activity and this probably won't affect the fetus
Of course keep your doctor in the loop but if you were exercising before its safe and even beneficial to you and baby ❤ my baby app told me today that baby can feel the movement of you dancing and what not, so cute 😭
@@bonjovi2792You can continue for a while but most women need to slow down at some point and that’s ok too. For me that was 25 weeks first pregnancy and 20 weeks second pregnancy.
@sherbetstraw That's fair. I probably won't work out very hard during pregnancy lol. Pregnancy is a workout on its own. It can help with labor to still get regular exercise
You have to work out prior to the pregnancy and keep it up throughout. You can't just start when you're already showing and only 3 months away from having the baby.
Me 9 weeks pregnant with hypermobile joint syndrome feeling the most horrible pelvic pain from forcing myself to go for a walk to get exercise for my baby watching this
The baby has lowkey shaken baby sydrom in the womb.... Like mom calm down a bit 😂❤❤❤ i bet it msde for a easy delivery though ... All jokes aside its good to work out snd stay active while prego
Not true. Do some research on exercise in pregnancy. It’s recommended to keep your exercise routine as long as you can! Unless of course you’re having complications
I was teaching aerobics all through my last pregnancy. It was my easiest delivery, taking just two hours and twenty eight minutes from start to finish, and no episiotomy.
@@sakura44553i wondered the same. But I think babies are packed in tight. But a safe rule of thumb would be, would you be hopping all around with a one day old in your arms? Who knows, hope it all goes well.
I regretted exercising when pregnant as when he was born he wouldn’t sleep unless there was lots of movement and they said it was due to me being so mobile he’s use to moving lots 😂. Obvs not sure how accurate that was, but made me wish I sat on my bum throughout my pregnancy 😂
No sister, it's unfortunate that you had to hear such nonsense and that that effected you. The movement only made you, and your baby more happy and healthy. Them not sleeping unless movement has zero to do with your exercise level. Zero. They are suspended in water, they aren't shaken all around in there. Also, counterintuitive cuz you'd think your baby would be awake during exercise and sleeping when not, like mum. 🎉🎉
I would caution you to be careful because anyone can fall down, specially while doing very energetic activities, please be safe and protect yourself and your baby!
You’re gonna pop that baby out with ease with all that physical activity and your body is gonna look like it was never pregnant! What a great example to young mamas ❤
I find this a bit problematic because our bodies are not the same after pregnancy and that’s ok. We shouldn’t hope to be or look the same - it’s not realistic! It’s obviously good to want to be fit and healthy but your body has been through a life changing event and it will reflect that.
@ well I had three and you would never know. Obviously that’s not the case for every woman. But I’m not trying to make you feel bad or other woman but rather giving her a compliment. Some things are not meant to be taken so seriously or literally. You know, she might have a few more new stretch marks or her waist may be slightly wider or hips might be slightly wider and that’s ok but the point of my comment was to let her know her hard work was gonna make labor easier and also bouncing back to her NEW normal so much faster. It was a playful comment meant to encourage her. I cannot believe how sensitive people are now even when someone is obviously trying to be encouraging and complimentary.
@@Mombal5 I am the same I have had one and am pregnant with my second and looked much the same after my first to others (although I can spot many differences in myself) but I know other people who have had real changes happen to their body and that was no fault of their own. I just wouldn’t want even one mum to feel bad about body changes. I think what I find problematic is you saying she is a great ‘example’ to others. An example of what? Mostly luck and genetics. I know I sound overly sensitive but it’s on behalf of others.
Every pregnancy is different. She is lucky to have the health and energy to be doing this. Many women are. Some aren’t. Sometimes health issues arise either before or during our pregnancies that make us slow down, some to even bedrest.
There will always be a chance when you dance a lot or move a lot during pregnancy that the umbilical cord will slide down and get placed around the baby's neck, and then it can get strangled, or it will be a very difficult birth. To push the baby out…
Well i have been a trainet for 40 years, worked with many pregnant ladies, and this was never an issue. ALL OF THEM Said their labors were very short, they had a lot of energy and no recuperation time. I would like to know if anyone experienced such an issue with the umbillical cord.
Shaken baby syndrome has a whole new meaning. That kids most soothing toy is going to be a Johnny jumper. You are going to have to violently shake his cradle to get him to sleep lol
