If Fury was 5 years younger and was more dedicated and in shape of course he would beat usik I also think Wilder right now if he fights you sick with sick I think he would just knock him out with the power Anthony Joshua would get knocked out by Wilder
Lost the plot a bit here. When Fury struggled against Wilder in their first fight he weight about 260. In the second fight he weighed in around 270, and was a few years younger. Since then he’s been fighting in the mid to upper 270’s, but has looked bad. He thinned down for Usyk 1 because he was taking that fight seriously (approx 260) again…and maybe it was age, or just a build up of tough fights, but he looked slow to the punch in the first fight. He weighed over 280 lbs in Usyk 2. That’s not strategy - that’s either age or laziness. He’s 37 years old, so it’s not as easy to cut the weight anymore, and it’s even harder to carry it around. As a heavier fighter he avoided getting rocked like he did in both Wilder 1 and Usyk 1, but he couldn’t find the same success with Usyk as he did Wilder because he was TOO heavy to move and gassed out in the last third of the fight. Also, let’s be honest with ourselves, Wilder turned out to not be the great fighter everyone thought he was, so those wins look less and less impressive. He just doesn’t look good over 260, but has a vulnerable chin against the best punchers at that fighting weight. Fury’s last notable performance was Wilder 3, and as I mentioned above, that’s not what we thought it was given what we’ve seen from Wilder against other top opponents.
Easy to say after the fact. Wilder was different once he was no longer undefeated. Wilder beat great guys. Ortiz for example. He took the punches and won. And to do it 3 times is mental. He took brain damage that changed him. End of story
I think it was purely his weight that cost him the fight and if nothing else a more fair fight. It was apparent he was struggling to maneuver around the ring and it just was tiring, tiring to watch too. He had to fight his opponent and his own self being so heavy. If he could drop 40+ lbs the outcome would have likely been much different.

Fury has always been lazy his entire career when it comes to training and being conditioned. He’s a classic case of talented but doesn’t work hard enough where it matters. Usyk is the first fighter to expose that in Fury because he’s a great boxer and he’s extremely conditioned. Only equally if not the more talented boxer Fury has ever faced. Usyk stayed in top shape 24/7 and made Fury fight at an uncomfortable pace in both fights. Realistically if Fury had the same mindset as someone’s like Usyk he’d probably hang around his prime performance weight against Klitschko. Fury is wasted talent due to being protected, complacency and laziness. Simple as that.
I couldn't believe his attempt to cover up his blubber by wearing those ridiculous shorts. I watched the highlights and wondered why I bothered. Neither fighter was very impressive and both are probably past their best. I am also getting more than a little bit tired of Furys schtick. He is hugely overrated and yet he didn't have the decency to pay his respects to his opposite number by acknowledging his performance.
His strategy was to use his weight leaning on Usyk to tire him out ! He blames the judges for his loss ! Tyson should have knocked his opponent out instead of leaving it up to the judges but he has pillow hands he hits like a girl now he's the Gypsy Queen ! 😂
British Boxing World need to self introspect. Their biasness on British boxers is madness. At some stage we were made to believe that Fury was the GOAT. Very good point.
Tell Dave Allen that … also he didn’t lean on him till the end of the fight, a smart tactic to drain your opponent .
He made a mistake in his weight because he was lighter and boxing beautifully last fight
You were right
Tyson Fury if he really wants to continue his career, (which I doubt) he needs to cut back down to 260 maybe even a little less
He claims he wants to keep fighting but does he really want to actually commit, like you said Chael, to being in shape and devoting his life back to boxing
Just think how good he could have been if he was actually in shape?
There was a boxing match?
it was bad weight. like when homer simpson doesn't stop jiggling for 2 mins
Fury looked ok, but imagine if he actually tried and worked on his health and conditioning. He looked like he just got off the couch.
I propose earths collective scientific and monetary power be put into making Chael Sonnen the first man that lives forever. Making him the first man do defeat Father Time himself.
Therefore remaining undefeated and undisputed for all time 😎
Undisputed & undefeated
2:54 champion kamaru usman, champion islam makachev
Where did Butterbean Fury have his training camp, McDonald's?
Fury fought well, but Usyk is just a better fighter.
What about jon jones vs rampage
Cheal I’ve got no idea what your point was but I bought it lmao
He did not gas
He can carry that weight and did the same thing in Wilder 3 at approximately the same weight
He lost another close fight
He should retire as there is nothing more to prove or gain
He didnt gain any weight, 280 was what he got down too, the 'locked away' nonsense is the answer to why there ix no footage of his weighv loss camp. He also knew he could not beat Usyk, hence the best he got down to was still 20lb heavier than last fight, couldnot be arsed, gets the millions if he walked in 350lb!
Hell he’s EASILY 300 plus
Yeah you can lol, McGregor v Diaz 1 and 2. Waffling chael
4:30 because he thought he won the first fight
No way we are still hearing chael try to hype up covington, give it up please, its not even entertaining as a bit anymore it's just annoying.
Tito tapped
He trying to use his weight to wear Usyk down. But I really don't believe it will work.
Oh you don't huh, what a bold call...
Fury got some psychological issues. I think that cost him both fights against usyk.
More like 20kg overweight.
Fury wilder 1 vs 2. Right there. Go watch it. Technique and weight.
Crap he brought that up lol.
i loved this video
His last three fights were about mostly about money. I don’t think he ever fights again unless it’s against someone like Jake or Logan Paul.
That's why he wears a beard to hide his chins and also he wouldn't take his jacket off in the weigh in....
That find was boring to me. A bunch of feather punches.
Tyson Fury has NO MUSCLE MASS
Yes, but he had two chances to win Usyk. he didn’t. Just a big mouth fury he’s not the champ. Fury sucks.
blah blah blah will chael ever realize nobody cares about his dribble BS anymore. the dude is irrelevant with his jorpet crap
He must not care
His strategy was to use his weight leaning on Usyk to tire him out ! He blames the judges for his loss ! Tyson should have knocked his opponent out instead of leaving it up to the judges but he has pillow hands he hits like a girl now he's the Gypsy Queen ! 😂
British Boxing World need to self introspect. Their biasness on British boxers is madness. At some stage we were made to believe that Fury was the GOAT. Better than prime Ali, M Tyson, Lennox, Klitcho brother etc. We were made to believe that Wilder cant fight but Fury got dropped countless time in that triology to a point there was question of long counts. He got beat by a UFC figher. He refused to give Klitcho a rematch. He was always overated.
I still think Fury is the goat, but bro doesn't lift. Too weak & flabby. His mechanics are great tho.
