I do agree on getting the perfect hair that suits you. I recently got my hair cut and I tried experimenting on ways to make myself look better, I ended up getting a short bob cut with curtain bangs and after I had it on for a few days I felt really confident. I also seemed to like the clothes I didn't like before better with my new hair style. Honestly this is one of the video with the best advice ❤

Dear teenager sisters, as a woman at 28 i can say "the 10 steps Korean skin care" at 15:39 is a HUGE lie. Even Koreans don't do it. I was addicted to these skin care tips but it is not realistic. You should create a maintainable routine. If you don't have an extreme problem you can just cleanse with a gentle cleanser + moisturizer at night. And wash your face with only water + apply sunscreen in the morning before you go out. But if you have an extreme problem, firstly but MOST importantly you should see a doctor. They will show you the best way, trust me and don't ruin your teenage years. ☺

quick tip (i binge eat sometimes too) and although this doesn't stop you its a better alternative to binging on chocolate and stuff- 1. y are u binging? bored or hungry - bored: gum, ice, fruit (the best for this is watery foods that are not calorie dense like watermelon and strawberries!). if its because you're hungry you need to eat more saciating (or filling) meals so try pack in more protein into your meals- having a smoothie for breakfast?put in chia seeds and protein powder, lunch? chicken salad sandwich and a protein sauce (try find a flavourless protein powder and mix it into your sauces to put in more protein!)
also foods that are good for the boredom side are - iceberg lettuce, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, oranges etc more juicy foods

I think this tip will help someone. I often struggle with two things in eye makeup: my eyes looking small and looking like I'm wearing too heavy/too dark of makeup. If you struggle with either of these, I suggest taking a white gel liner, first liner the waterline then put it on the base of the lashes, going out. You can use normal black or other dark colored mascara underneath as it usually looks best if you don't put the white all the way to the ends. It also gives a sort of fairy-like ethereal look that looks great with pastel eyeshadow and glitter.

For the skincare routine: It's not healthy to exfoliate your face too much, twice a day can ruin your skin. And a simple skincare routine containing cleanser, moisturizer, spf daily is enough, you can do more, just not more often than twice a week- this is all what I know, but yes everyone's skin is different, if I am wrong please correct me.

From your lurking dermatologist: PLEASE do NOT exfoliate twice a day!!!! Twice a week is MORE than enough, and make sure you aren't double exfoliating by using chemical and physical exfoliants. Do NOT use physical exfoliants if you use chemical ones or retinol. Over exfoliating creates micro-tears in your skin barrier, which can cause increased breakouts from bacteria breaching the barrier, dryness, premature aging, and wrinkles. Use tepid/lukewarm water when washing your face and apply whatever serum or moisturizer you use while your face is still damp to seal in that moisture! And don't forget your SPF! Makeup products containing SPF are not enough. Even if you are indoors, if you are by a window, you will still need sunscreen. Remember to reapply throughout the day, especially when going outside. Sunscreen does not last all day, so read the bottle and reapply as frequently as it suggests. You really don't need a huge or expensive skincare routine. Seeing a dermatologist and talking about your skin concerns (keeping a skin journal along with the products you are using will also be very helpful to you and your dermatologist!) and start from there. It can really save you a ton of money when it comes to buying products. Remember that most insurance companies will cover a dermatologist appointment either once or twice yearly. If you are someone who likes getting professional facials and other skin treatments but don't want to break the bank all at once, there are special medical credit cards like Alphaeon and CareCredit that will allow you to pay off cosmetic dermatology procedures (and other medical and dental bills!) monthly and without interest for 6 - 12 months.
    I hope this helps!
And always remember, confidence comes from within! And there is nothing more beautiful than that.

It surprises me how for so many years I used to watch these videos looking for a miracle because I felt ugly, and now I’m so confident with how I look! But what’s interesting and what made me actually glow up was this:
    1. Always get ready no matter where you go, the way you present yourself shows how much you understand a appreciate your features, wear clothes that are not too baggy and fit your body type, if you want to use makeup do a “clean look”, brush your hair (or if you have curly hair buy moose that controls frizz and show them curls!), apply perfume and never forget to use deodorant. The more you do it the more you make it a routine.
    2. Understand the process, it takes time and as human beings we can have days when we fill terrible with how we look, but remember, it is normal! If we didn’t have obstacles like this then we would never fully learn.
    3. Be nice and always open to meet new people, last year I was an angry person, something that really affected my appearance due to the frowns and eye rolls, and besides, a good personality will always make you shine!

I like how this video explains every step than others which will say "exercise, drink water, screen care routine etc...." Anyways I do appreciate those people who wear crop tops etc but is there anyone who likes oversized hoodies and leggings like me? I also like wearing sport shoes which is pretty awesome. But mostly I glow up just to love myself even more 150/100%.

I have glass skin and and my routine is a 4 step one. Cleanse twice, lightly tone, moisturise and massage. Every two weeks I use a Vitamin C mask. (Sheet) At night it’s just cleanse twice, moisturise and massage. I just use chapstick and tinted lip balm on my lips. Every 3 weeks I use an eye mask.

This is fantastic advice, EXCEPT for the hair section. They are right though, choose a hairstyle with your face shape. Then again though, it also depends if your hair is straight, curly, thick, or thin.
I really don’t recommend cutting your hair up to your jawline if you have really thick, curly hair. Trust me it’s really hard to style 💀💀 if you have straight thin hair, go for it.

I have ance prone skin, and i sometimes find it hard to glow up with my skin type. Before this video, I exercised, tried to take care of my body and skin, eating green, and got a new hair cut. I can tell you, it gave me a magor glow up. i also used glasses, but my old ones didn't match, so I got new pairs, mostly because my old ones broke. And I am happy they broke! a bunch of mistakes you make can be learnt, and be for the better. remember, courage is what you need to change! and happiness too. don't let anyone bring you down, and do you!

someone "in the sky" also made lots of people unfairly attractive with instantly easier life and pretty privileged without having to put any work in, while making other people ugly and having to be unattractive for the rest of their life. stop worshipping a god that doesn't care you or others.

Guys for the skincare you usually want to use more products if you're more grown and less if you're younger as if you use a ton of products when you're younger it breaks your skin barrier and then you have a lot of acne when you are in your 20s-30s and it will be even more severe than if you had acne in your teens.
Skin care for if you're young:
    1) Push your hair back
    2) wash hands (warm water and soap, at least 20 sec)
    3) Choose a cleanser for your skin type
    a) Oily, foaming cleanser
    b) Dry, hydrating cleanser
    4) Wash your face with the cleanser
    5) Wipe your face clean
    6) use toner where necessary (Toner is a product that helps reduce your pore sizes, evens out your skintone, and reduces redness)
    7) Apply pimple patches (if the pimple was popped cause then they dont work) where necessary
    8) Moisturize (Optional: Massage your face while the moisturizer is on/while you are applying it, helps blood circulation and reduces face fat or a puffy face [Watch another video to know how to])
    9) done!
    Tips:
    - Dont wear make up (or too much) to cover your "flaws" (clogs pores and increases chance of acne)
    - If your in high school and you want to dont apply it in your T zone as thats where most acnes form)
    - Contouring your nose with powder increases pores clogged there (its also in your T zone) and imo nose contouring only looks good on videos like it looks so ugly when it smudges through out the day and its hard to get it perfect but if u can then good for you
    - Not related to skin care but i recommend buying castor oil and using petroleum jelly (Vaseline) On your lashes and to stop wearing mascara as it helps grow them
    - Use a jade roller or gauche if you want to ( I use my hands and it works just fine)
    - Drinking lots of water helps your skin
    - If you're in a public high school those bathrooms are like so bad so i know its hard to drink water so during your breaks try using the public/your houses bathroom instead of your schools cause its literally so gross
    - Also not related to skin care but having confidence can make the different between being a 5 or to being at 10
    - When you wash your face and still notice some bumps/acne use a guide online to figure out why you're getting acne there. Ex. Having acne on the sides of your face usually means you aren't washing properly enough
    - Mediate for at least 10 minutes per day
    - Meditating helps A LOT because it reduces stress which is one of the causes of acne
Also dont forget acne is normal and it will go away one day just maybe not today so love your self because if you dont just remember future you will always wish they were your age because of bad knees, neck pain, back pain, wrinkles etc. so enjoy yourself all the time because we only realize how lucky we were when we lose something.

@@raspboobies ok so like what i do is that i always keep a full bottle of water near by cause that makes you want to drink more water which helps flush/clear your skin. I also like to mix my moisturizer with my toner and like some water idk it thats weird but for me it makes my skin moisturized for the whole night and when i wake up im still moisturized. Also when i put on moisturizer or cleansers i like to pat my face instead of smearing it because i think it helps my skin absorb it better. My skin isnt that perfect cause like my nose is really dry for some reason but im trying rougher scrubs to remove the white heads on my nose or on the spots where you can see dirty pores and im not sure if its working but i think it is

Skin care that helped me was a nice cleansers, toner, and moisturizer:) love yourself!
