- EXTERIOR
In excellent condition. Both doors/screens are original. Double pane windows were installed in 2006 throughout the trailer.
ROOF
Original roof/good condition.
TAIL/LICENSE/MARKER LIGHTS
There are three of the original beehive style marker lights. All three glass lenses look good and appear to be in good condition. Has the original tail lights.
UNDERBELLY
Has the original aluminum and is in good shape.
INTERIOR
The interior is completely original. Walls are birch. Flooring and divider wall towards front are parquet wood.
CABINETS
All original. Some latches need work. Two doors do not close properly. All birch.
COUNTERTOPS
All countertops in the kitchen are turquoise with black splashes laminate. Original. Countertops in the bathroom and bedroom are tan with black splashes laminate. Original.
FLOOR
Parquet in entire trailer.
UNIT SLEEPS
Two. An existing queen bed will go with the sale. A queen size sleeper/blow up topper /fold out sofa will also go with the sale (in the living room)
FURNISHINGS
Bed. LazyBoy fold out queen sleeper sofa with air pump for blow up to pillow top. 12 years
1950’s dinette set for four people.
New fridge. (4 years old)
New electric stove/oven. (4 years old)
ELECTRICAL
8/16 circuit load center GE Power Mark Gold (Breaker box) Circuit breakers 20/30/60 amp for the appliance circuit/15 amps to control lights and general purpose outlets. All 110 lights and outlets work.
Range/Oven: Amana 4 year old 4 burner electric range.
Refrigerator: GE 4 year old refrigerator ordered to fit the existing space.
Hot Water heater: 10 year old hot water heater. Excellent condition.
PLUMBING
All plumbing has been replaced with freeze proof plastic pipes.
Fresh Water Tank: NO
Kitchen sink: yes, has the original 2 bowl porcelain. Good condition.
Lavatory: has the original bathroom lavatory. Porcelain. Water has dripped through porcelain to iron base in 1 spot.
Shower: original arm. New shower head. Linoleum in shower is worn. Linoleum around lavatory is in perfect condition.
Toilet: Yes. Replaced existing toilet with an American Standard handicapped toilet.
Tub: original tub. Good shape.
SPECIAL
There is no heat in the trailer, 2 working/good condition air conditioners. All light fixtures throughout the trailer are the original fixtures with the exception of the front porch light.
