QOTD: What was the first series that kicked off your manga collection?
For me it was Juana and the Dragonnewts seven kingdoms
for me ot was maid sama! 🌸❤

Oh my God, I never thought I'd see the day someone besides me had a Kaori Yuki shelf! She's my favorite mangaka! :) Glad to see someone else spreading the love and enjoying her series! I'd recommend picking up Godchild next, it's her best series imo.
I know!!! Not many people talk about Kaori Yuki at all 😭😭 My all time favourite series by her is Angel Sanctuary it's so dark ad gritty. Though it does have some taboo subjects but OMG it's amazing! I've had my eye on Godchild for a while when I find I good deal I'll definitely pick it up that's for sure!! 🥰🥰

Push through the first few volumes of banana fish. The art really improves quickly. It’s so damn worth it! The same happened to me and it’s one of my top manga now. Cool side note Rachel thorn translated the first five(?) volumes same translator who does a lot of moto hagio work.
I’m definitely going to give it another try I’ve watched most of the anime and really enjoyed it. So definitely want to see if the anime differs at all from the manga. Maybe it’ll be like the monster situation again😅🤣

I will try to read Boys Run the Riot before the show! Excited! Also glad to hear you liked BL Metamorphosis. I wasn’t sure if you liked it or not. Somethings Wrong With Us I couldn’t get into the first volume either but really want to like it so I will try to reread it as well at some point
I really enjoyed the first 2 volumes of BL Metamorphosis it's so cute I definitely need hurry up and pick the rest up!! Somethings wrong with us is a strange one I'm not sure at all so 100% going to give it a reread!

I picked up 2 volumes, to try out. First one was Our Kingdom, and FAKE. That was around 2005 or early 2006 when I got into manga. It all started with those two. I think I have around 1500 as well need to count again been a while since i did that. I loved a lot of the series that you have and I have a lot of the same one's I will admit that I have A LOT more yaoi that's what got me started but now I have a lot of just about everything. But for me Yaoi hold a special place in my heart. Looking forward to your new series and any video's you have coming up ^_^
I'm hoping for Arata the Legend to return as well!

Omg CLAMP are you going to get X/1999 and Tokyo Babylon? I think you will love those. Both dark Shojo. Also Legal Drug ties in with Wish. I also recommend Legal Drug/drug and drop. Bl mystery comedy. Clover as so good. I loved that one as well.
I've wanted them all for a while especially X/1999! The art omg it stunning! I'm just waiting on a good deal on them to pop up on Ebay I've had no luck so far. But they all on my radar😏☺️
I’ve been looking all over for volume 6 of Blue Flag and I still can’t find out 😭
If you think about it paying that much for the two singles is still going to be cheaper than rebuying all the omnibuses just a thought. Also just have a tacky collection like mine were I have two different editions. Know that bothers people but as long as I can read it lol 😂
I still don't know which one to do 🤣 both editions look good so I'm so torn🤣

Blue Flag is a really good coming or age type series it’s complete with 8 volume ☺️

@@johnsaxongitno4life588 honestly hands down I’d say Spy x Family it’s an ongoing Shounen title with 6 vols out currently. It’s a really funny action series about a spy that has to make a fake family I order to complete his mission. Also an anime has been announced recently which is super exciting ☺️☺️

I haven’t read it yet I brought the first volume digitally but still haven’t got round to reading it yet. However both Caitlin and Tiffany have read it and really enjoyed it. I’ve heard nothing but good things about it☺️☺️
