Using a For Loop to Access Array Values

You can use for loops in MATLAB to access certain elements of an array. In a lot of cases, MATLAB does this kind of thing on its own, but occasionally there are things you can't do with built-in functions.

How would you go about sorting a multidimensional array using loops? I have an 8x10 array with grade values and I'm able to get the first column sorted but doesn't continue to the rest of the columns. :(

need help please, i doing some simulation that using 5 variables classified into 5 columns, then output the result into xls file.

Example:
A =[0.1; 2;4;0.6;0;1.5;5]
B =[0.1; 1;4;0.6;0;1.3;2]
C =[0.1; 2;4;0.6;0;0.5;1]
index =1:size(A)
I need the following output:
out_func(index) = 3*A + B - C;
which means that for row 1, the program will use A(1), B(1), and C(1) to generate an output (out_func(1) that will be written into excel file etc ...
