If you want to change the pirtal destination with command blocks type the following commands Firstly the portal need to be normal not global when you first make portal it will be normal on default first command is: /portal set_portal_custom_name "name of your portal" Replace the text within the double qoutes and that text will be the name of portal put anything for name but remember it note:put the command in the chat while you are looking at the portal that you want to set is destination Now the next command is: /execute as @e[name="name of the portal you gived"] run portal set_portal_destination and the coordinates after the: set_portal_destination put the coordinates of where the portal needs to see through
If you guys didn’t understand the Pehkui part basically what he’s saying is that the bigger portal has to have the same width as the smaller one except in a bigger size if that makes sense.

Thx dude. I created the Harry Potter style tent B) I also made A LOT of confusing hallways that lead to different rooms all depending on how for you walk in 1 of the 30 hallways I built! Heck one room is even a full sized basketball court!
Tip you could /give your self light blocks that can do any light level to help. They are invisible passthrough blocks that only emits light. To remove it just place a block on the light as you can't punch it
The door part does not work for me, I use fabric and I followed everything you did but it always ends up breaking and not letting me go back through after the first portal.
When I installed the immersive portals mod, I had installed everything correctly, the mod worked, but the inside of the portal was not visible, how can I solve the problem?
Time to set up a server with this mod and make a 10million block long tunnel that is 3 blocks long on the inside. :D My friends are gonna be so fricking confused.

Suggestion: make a survival world where one person is creative and the other is on survival and the one in creative has to make life for the survival player hell
Did you create the portal on the other side with a command? Also the forge version is a lot less stable and you should use fabric anyway, it's overall a lot better.

As for lighting issues, why not hide the light sources underneath carpets? That way both ends of the portal can be fully illuminated no probs

If you make the glass mirror unbreakable with the unbreakable stick and remove the glass its an invisible mirror. I tried it out mysrlf it works 💯 %
