Suggestion: Use Team Genius (Shikamaru, Neji, Sasuke). When it comes to the final round, use Shikamaru's skill on everyone. Then, Neji's skill on either the first two opponents or whichever you like. Jiraiya is one of the strongest, so I highly suggest you use Neji's skill on him. Tsunade recovers health after her taunt, so I think maybe you can use Neji's skill on her. Then, use Sasuke's skill on Orochimaru two times. But if you're confident enough to beat Orochimaru, you can use Sasuke's skill again on either Tsunade or Jiraiya.
