This is a lie. They are not new. I called to verify and was told they are new not refurbished. However when I received mine it looked worse than my card and the antenna cable would not connect to the card because the connection was smashed.

So that little wirless card works for both the wifi and controllers? Cause i got a used one and noticed my brand new wirless controller doesn't stay connected very long, and noticed that the little wire isn't connected to that card (Its missing that little hook up to connect the cord to it). Idk what the other two slots are used for, but i dont rhink those are used im assuming?
@@fasttechvideo Ah ok, oh i forgot to say that i got a used Xbox one and the wirless card had the missing connecter thingy and i opened the Xbox cover to after hearing about these things and noticed the wire wasn't connected to the card.
My sync button and wireless connection for wifi worked before I opened my Xbox to clean it as I disassembled the motherboard and everything. After I connected everything again, my sync button and wireless/WiFi won't connect my controller or routers. It wasn't damaged or broken, just confused.

My Xbox doesn’t connect to WiFi only Ethernet, it doesn’t even connect controllers wirelessly only through wire. These problems occurred when I bought it like in 2015
Thanks for the video. I just acquired a Xbox One original console. My controllers connect fine but it won't show any wireless networks. I did both a soft and hard reset and during initial setup it asks for language and then the next step (network) it says it's already connected to a network but obviously it's not. Do you think a new wireless card will resolve this?
just ruling out causes here, but is not recognising any network at all a sign of a bad card? not even ethernet, but the controller is still working fine. should i buy a new wifi card?
My controllers are able to connect perfectly fine to my xbox one upon startup but halfway thru it gets disconnected(but controller shows that it is still connected to console).I even tried using a microUSB cable to wire up my controller but still no response on the main screen.Punched the keys or analog sticks still no response.Any ideas what the issue may be?
Hi, Fasttech I have a question. I have an Xbox that hasn't recognized any networks for a couple of years. I attempted everything that I could without opening the console up, and it hasn't worked. I need to do updates, but I don't think it will fix it. Would the chip have a good chance of fixing this or would the updates do anything? The controllers hook up right away so it is just a network problem.
Hello, I was running into some wifi problems on my xbox last year and thankfully came across your video. I ordered a new wireless card from your website and it fixed all my wifi issues. It's now been about a year since I fixed it but I am running into the same problem again, could it still be the wifi card or could it be something else? Also, if it IS the wifi card, then would I have to order a new one again or could I just get it replaced?
It could be the wireless card. You can send it back for a replacement just call 1(888)7447372 and provide them with an order number. We will send out the replacement in a few days.
So my Xbox all of a sudden can’t recognize any WiFi networks around me. Do you think it’s a problem with my current WiFi chip inside my Xbox? If so, do you recommend me purchasing a new WiFi chip?
I have reset my Xbox twice in the last two days because it won’t show any WiFi networks and when I press the sync button on the console it just dings. Does this mean that the network card is bad and need to be replaced?
@@fasttechvideo I'm having the same issue with no wifi networks showing up. Have had the issue for months. But my controller connects just fine. It's also resyncs perfectly. Do you think that's the WiFi card?

If its not an issue with your router its most likely the network card in your Xbox. Try connecting your Xbox to your phone's wifi hotspot and see if that makes a difference.
