Respectfully, I believe certain questions are written so as to allow for more than one correct answer.
Question:
3: A, B or C
4: B or C
6: A is correct. Also B or C if we have only two apples, also D if question reworded "Every one of the aplles is ripe."
7: A or C
12: A or D
15: A, B or D. C would be best.
18: All answers would be grammatically correct.
20: Also C or D, if we were considering inviting two specific people.
21: A, C or D
22: A, if rephrased to read "I ate the whole (or entire) pizza."
Proofreading error on my part regarding my just submitted comments on question 15. I should have stated that any of the answers could be correct, depending on whether we wished to know the identity of the attendees (answer A or B), the affiliation of the attendees (answer C), or the number of attendees (answer D).
