With all due respect, Rav Mizrachi clearly does not understand the reforms in either Karshut or Conversions. In the case of Karshut, it transforms the Rabbanut from the provider to the regulator. Meaning, that without the stamp of the Chief Rabbinate Kashrut agency will not be able to operate in Israel. Second, in regard to conversion, instead of a centralized system of conversion via the Chief Rabbinate, each official Rabbi of every town of a city can approve conversions.

love the Torah but Rav I can debate you in almost all points and show you the incredible tov... one example... rabbanut issue... this is the perspective: we in israel always complain rabbanut is not good enough kashrus, so now Hashem says, ok its not good enough? how about this!.... and its aother Bracha! there are SO MANY communities FULL and EXPLODING from everywhere with baalei teshuvas and just honestly the next huge geeneration coming up.. and in our local town, we are happy with the local Rav who knows everyone who says its good... sorry buts its 10000% more trustworthy than anything else. Here in eretz yisroel, - we are holding Rabbi.
