Hi Amit the shadows are working perfectly in Raytrace mode. But just I want to know why they are not properly shown in shadow mapping. You are very experienced so definitely you can identify the bug.
yes i found it true that shadow mapping not working in big areas but you can increase the shadow map parallel light map size but not work for large areas you have to turn on the ray traced shadow
shadow map are not based on real world PBS they never could possibly cast shadow like real world bcz they have lack of that features in 3d world but ray traced shadow base are based on truly real word physics shadow rules they calculate same like light bounce and create shadows in real world that's the main reason and this all is trust me a very good for a vfx artist like me ... shadow map has their other many purposes xD tnku!

Hello, I have used After Effects and Element as you show in your video. Only one display is different for me than in your tutorial. When I end Element with OK, the FUSE woman in After Effects is very small. The FUSE woman is almost invisible. Do you have a tip for me how I can solve this problem? Thank you
in element 3d there is an option called normalize size make sure to check the box for your fuse model

hi, is that work for 360 VR footage also? I have some 360 degree VR footage shoot with drone, I would like to insert some animated obj into it using element. So basically the same you did, but in 360 VR footage. Thx.

you will find the matte shadow settings at the bottom of the texture setting
every OBJ file can use in to AE？
My shadows get cut off after a couple steps. Is the light supposed to move with the character?
try to increase the base plate size or use the ray traced shadow
